It's my first time eating here; just passing through for work. Order and pay from the cashier then wait for the food; no table service. Ramen was nice, I got the full size Miyagi ramen dine in and half size Miyagi ToGo The full size really filled me up lol. Ordered bobba but they ran out of bobba, but luckily the food ... was great. Good portions, nice soup (tasted great), perfectly cooked and seasoned pork, the egg was a little over cooked for ramen but the egg was perfectly seasoned which is a plus. The ToGo packaging was very neat, they separate the soup with the noodle and all stuff that comes with it. Can't wait to go back and try something different on the menu. Read More

First time checking out Ramen Kai and i was happily surprised. The atmosphere was fun and quirky filled with Japanese anime posters, SailorMoon merch, and chochin lanterns for good luck. All the food was delicious! We ordered the onigiris, steamed buns (chukaman), spicy miyagi, chicken and fries for my daughter, mango ... cheesecake, mochi ice cream, and ramune sodas and of course we purchased some cool merch from their counter. They have two seating areas, one open and lighted as soon as you enter and a separate room more private and dark. It is self seat and order at the counter service. Im so happy we have a local business that offers a different, refreshing, fun experience to our city. The kids and i loved it, we will definitely be regulars here. Read More

My wife had the black garlic miyagi, my son had the fried shrimp and kids noodles and soup, and I had the tokoyaki and the miyagi. The food is amazing! The walls are full of anime posters and the TV is playing anime as well. The vibes are solid! The lady at the front was amazing and quick with her job! Definitely a ... place I would recommend to those who wanna get their ramen on. Never disappoints!...... also my wife swears the cup of coffee she got was the best shes ever had. Read More
